Pascal Bormann

Hi, I'm Pascal

Thanks for stopping by! I'm a software developer and researcher living in Germany. I'm currently working as a resarch associate at Fraunhofer IGD and am doing my Ph.D. in Computer Science at TU Darmstadt. My research areas are point cloud processing and visualization. I'm also a lecturer at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences, where I teach about systems programming using the Rust programming language.

Apart from my work, I love music, books, and good food. I play guitar in the melodic death-metal band Incordia and sing in the choir of TU Darmstadt. Book-wise, I like fantasy, sci-fi and popular science. Espresso has also become somewhat of an obsession of mine, if you want a good speciality coffee in Darmstadt, check out aniko (not sponsored, just a fan.)

Feel free to browse my page or get in touch.
